Good to know

Do I need any experience with meditation or yoga?

No. Every session is open to every level. Come exactly as you are.

How do I get there?

Gaia Villa is about 45 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport and roughly two and a half hours from Los Angeles. Group transportation from Palm Springs can be arranged through the villa's transportation partners.

What is the food like?

A private wellness chef prepares every meal on site. Dietary needs are gathered on your application and honored fully.

Can I come alone?

Most women do. You will not be alone for long.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

A $1297 deposit secures your place and the balance is due . Payment plans are available.

What should I pack?

Layers. Desert days are warm and nights are cool. A full packing list is sent two weeks before arrival.
